It has very dramatic color but it has no light, you need to have light souse some where to hit her, so it is all like in shadow, but if you want make more dramatic, then you need contrast of light, face color and background red are very same so she does not come out enough in front.
Retouched
I made light come through vale and used original yellow for shadow, and color of face is lighter so different as background red, also cleared finger so you see more delicate fingers, arm was little bit too long and cut out little, background made more design to make more dramatic and put sun as light where it come from.
