It was started woman's portrait but end up to be his self-portrait which is good way to continue, when you painted figure it's always has own element so it is natural to be end up self-portrait. colors are nice and soft and show many kind of expression by different background color and texture.

Her abstraction become much nicer and more expressive painting, using figure for just materials for her motif for abstraction and put her method on it makes more herself and sophisticate abstraction.
also more consideration to make painting than painting figure, good painting.
